  • Senior Process Consultant

    • We are looking for an experienced consultant to join an existing client team to help our client map existing processes, identify pain points and recommend fixes.Responsibilities

      • Document current state business processes for workflow automation.
      • Validate/create process flow diagrams for an end-to-end process framework for several business operations areas.
      • Map processes to appropriate task level (lowest level of task detail to be tied to architecture/systems).
      • Confirm relationship between process input and activities with process output requirements.
      • Identify needed changes and gaps in business processes.
      • Produce “future state” business processes (process flows and descriptions) to achieve rationalization of business processes with application systems and data requirements.
      • Publish updated workflows for review by business owners and stakeholders.
      • Facilitate review sessions and signoffs.
      Desired Skills and Experience
      • Enterprise Business Process experience across people and technology
      • 6-10 plus years’ experience involving management consulting or related internal corporate experience in Lead Process Consultant or similar role
      • Business Process optimization/Workflow Management
      • Requirements Management
      • High level of maturity with the ability to influence at a senior executive level
      • Ability and willingness to be hands-on
      • BA/BS degree required

    Senior Consultant

    • Work with clients in various industries, you will drive a wide array of projects in support of transformational initiatives.Responsibilities

      • Serve as overall project/program manager for key initiatives
      • Adopt established methodologies used within the existing PMO
      • Define requirements and project specifications
      • Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones and measures of success. Develop project plan and execution approach
      • Facilitate meetings, champion solutions and build consensus as the solutions move through various forums to gain approval and acceptance
      • Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary.
      • Capture project risks and create mitigation strategies
      • Schedule and conduct periodic progress meetings with project management and / or other project participants and business owners. Follow-up on directives arising from these sessions.
      • Communicate project status to stakeholders and sponsor(s) via formal status reports
      Desired Skills and Experience
      • 6-8 plus years of total experience involving some combination of Management Consulting and Program/Project Management
      • Prior tier 1 or tier 2 consulting firm experience ideal.
      • Project management experience in a project-based or consulting environment is key.
      • Expertise in project management discipline, tools/techniques and Project Delivery Process.
      • PMP certification a plus
      • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels (horizontal and vertical)
      • Able to function as a “utility player” in executing overall project, including requirements gathering, process mapping, governance, procedures, and common templates
      • Able to communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver project artifacts as needed across traditional Business Analysis, Project Management, and Change Management areas
      • High level of personal and professional integrity – able to build solid level of rapport and trust with all levels of client team
      • Flexible in work tasks, willing to step in/step up as needed to ensure project delivers successfully
      • Ability to work in highly collaborative environment with client team and various vendor teams
      • Self-starter/self-managed – able to maintain high level of productivity without supervision or daily direction.

    Change Management Lead

    • You will work with our client's senior executive team to align people strategies with business strategies and address the human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach their transformation objectives. Deliver strategic change, organization strategies and technology adoption solutions that enable the success of the organizations transformation goals.Responsibilities Formulate frameworks that support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment. Draft job descriptions that include job responsibilities and tasks, accountabilities, and competency definitions and matrices.

      • Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change
      • Define activities to support change and transition initiatives
      • Develop and deploy user adoption/training programs for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation initiatives.
      Desired Skills and Experience
      • Strong broad Change Management background, with experience in large organizational transition
      • Ability to “plan the work”: identify/define appropriate change management scope, deliverables, expectations, priorities, and work plans
      • Ability to “work the plan”: create comprehensive change plans and deliverables, addressing stakeholder management, communications, engagement events, training and post-implementation activities
      • Strong communication skills; ability to take complex ideas and communicate simple, clear and direct messages
      • Responsible for quality control on change related work products
      • Ability to communicate and teach change management concepts and value
      Relationship Management
      • Works with Director and VP levels to provide input to change strategies for highly visible projects that have significant business impact
      • Ability to build relationships and work side-by-side with client front-line employees; ability to co-lead, support and develop this enthusiastic team, while completing project related work
      • Responsible for coordinating and collaborating with multiple parties, including other vendors and various client groups

    Consulting Director

    • Consulting Directors can wear multiple hats both at Envision and when working with clients.On the client side you will deliver, lead, manage and help sell consulting services while developing relationships with key client sponsors and business process owners. Depending on the client you could be positioned as individual contributor, delivery team leader, subject matter expert or account leader. Project roles could include but are not limited to: Facilitator, Strategist, Project/Program Manager, Process Lead, Change Lead or Senior Business Analyst.Responsibilities Internally Consulting Directors are expected to:

      • Provide mentoring to other enVision team members
      • Build out project artifacts and qualifications.
      • Develop Practice specific collateral, approaches and people.
      • Continue to develop their own technical and leadership skills.
      • Participate in leadership planning sessions.
      • Assume Account Management responsibilities.
      • Advocate for and assist in enVision’s various company development initiatives.
      • Demonstrate and evangelize company values and cultural touch points.
      Desired Skills and Experience
      • A minimum of 12-15 total years of experience including at least 6-8 years of tier 1 or tier 2 management consulting, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
      • Ability to run projects, manage teams, drive business requirements, identify gaps and design solutions.
      • Ability to juggle both consulting delivery and account management responsibilities.
      • Master's degree and/or related professional certifications helpful but not required.
      • Ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements.
      • Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients by building consensus and achieving goals through influence.
      • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives and the community at large
      • Creative problem solver who seeks innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.
      • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
