Helping a non-profit health organization find its new CEO, and tackle new market challenges
Our client, Colorado’s largest substance abuse Managed Services Organization (MSO), had been operating with an interim CEO for months and needed to onboard a new leader to address the ever-changing health services market challenges.
Working with the staff and Board of Directors, we clarified key attributes for the ideal candidates, including leading change, Board experience and developing meaningful partnerships in the private health care market. Then we engaged the talent pool: 500+ LinkedIn Profiles, direct messages to over 150 individuals and a highly selective process. Ultimately we interviewed 11 candidates and landed on 2 finalists.
After accepting the offer, the new CEO was onboarded three weeks later. By partnering with enVision Talent to create alignment on the role, find the right candidate, and execute with urgency, our client is now on their way to expanded success.
