The Client

Activa Chiropractic and Acupuncture is a growing and respected player in the holistic health field in Denver.  They offer Chiropractic, Rehabilitation, Massage, Acupuncture, and Functional Medicine to a wide range of clients located throughout the Denver area.

The Challenge

While Activa consistently receives top marks from users in Citysearch and other on-line forums, and continues to post impressive year over year client growth, the owner did not see the progress he was looking for and many in the organization felt that they were not as aligned as they could be.

The Approach

Through a series of facilitated sessions with the entire staff and direct interviews with the owner, enVision Business Consulting led the organization through a sequenced articulation of their vision, mission, values, strategic objectives, & initiatives. We also worked with the organization to create the tactical architecture necessary for successful day to day execution which included an overall Activa Plan of Attack, Balanced Scorecard, Governance and Alignment Operating Rhythm, and Personal Performance Plans.

The sequence of the facilitated sessions was designed to bootstrap the participants from individual alignment through organizational alignment to the true strategic aspects of organizational definition, target setting, and planning. By improving daily execution first, we created the space for the entire organization to participate in the strategic planning sessions. Our sessions were designed to address (in order):
