Reserved for senior level searches requiring a broad and sustained recruiting effort. Often these searches are done confidentially because of internal sensitivity around organization changes.
CONTINGENCY
This approach typically applies to less strategic or more common roles where a quick canvassing of our pipeline is all that is needed to identify a qualified candidate.
HOURLY RECRUITING
If our client requires some short-term in-house recruiting assistance we can often provide a contract recruiter who can seamlessly plug themselves into your recruiting organization.
CONTRACT-TO-HIRE
If you would rather “try before you buy” we can place a candidate with you on a contract-to-hire basis. This is often a great solution when experimenting with a new role or one that is exposed to constant change.
