Rob has more than 20 years of experience in building profitable companies from the ground up and maximizing value for clients across a variety of industries.
Rob’s industry experience includes: manufacturing, utilities, software, telecommunications and media, consumer-packaged goods, not-for-profit, and Government. Rob has a Bachelors degree in Mathematics, a Masters degree in Information Systems Management, and an MBA from Yale. His career spans the US and Europe, and includes multiple associate professor appointments teaching business strategy and business planning.
Rob lives in Denver with his wife Karen, their two children, and a Golden Retriever named Biscuit.

Kurt has nearly 20 years of experience bringing his client focus, unique background, and remarkable talent for collaboration to large and medium size organizations. Kurt specializes in designing and implementing best-of-class strategy, performance management, change management, and organization development solutions, improving organizational performance at all levels – from C-level executives to in-the-field sales professionals.
His industry experience includes: building products, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, oil and gas, health care, government, and financial services. Kurt’s functional expertise spans the enterprise with deep skills in HR, Supply Chain, IT, and Demand Creation.
Kurt lives in Denver with his wife Renee, their two children, and a “Colorado Mountain Dog” named Ernie. Kurt and his family love what the city and the mountains west of town have to offer.
Vice President, enVision Talent Solutions
Mark is the head of enVision’s newest service offering, enVision Talent Solutions. Mark is one of the leading talent acquisition professionals in the industry, with over 25 years of experience in both corporate recruiting and executive search. Mark has led numerous recruitment efforts for a wide variety of companies across many industries and functional areas.
Mark is a recruiting partner to local and national corporate clients in the identification of exceptional business and technology leaders who bring a combination of superb leadership, functional depth, industry expertise and consulting acumen to their roles.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a BA in Economics. It takes Mark almost two months to go through a full tank of gas. Not only does Mark own a hybrid car, in addition he makes it a point to use public transportation and is a frequent user of eGo Car Share.
Vice President of Client Relationship Management
Scott establishes and maintains client connections, develops strategy, works to expand business opportunities and fine-tunes quality delivery and client satisfaction. Prior to his role at enVision, Scott has held management and/or business development roles in various organizations. Scott holds an Executive MBA from Colorado State University and is really easy to find in a crowd due to his nearly 7 foot tall stature. He has 25 years of business acumen, strategic thinking, energy and consulting industry experience.
Vice President and Client Partner
Kelly joined enVision in 2010 and has served as the firm’s organization and human performance leader before being named vice president and client partner.
Prior to envision, Kelly has held leadership positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mercer HR Consulting, North Highland, and Ernst & Young Management Consulting.
For more than 22 years, he has advised many companies in the areas of organization design and development, human capital strategy, organization change strategies, cost reduction, and process redesign.
Kelly holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the California School of Organizational Studies in Los Angeles.
Kelly grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, spent 10 years in Los Angeles, and has thoroughly enjoyed calling Denver home for the last 16 years. He’s been married to his wife of 22 years and rides herd over 4 rowdy children. On those rare moments of solitude, you’ll find Kelly in the mountains out on a river with a fly rod.
Vice President and Client Partner
Alain joins enVision after more than 20 years of consulting, business transformation and talent management work, including positions with Statera, Accenture and Level 3 Communications. Alain is based in our Denver offices. Born and raised in France, Alain studied business both in France and at Purdue University. After living in Paris and San Francisco, Alain and his wife Kelly settled in Denver in 1999 with their two children, and their wonder dog Delyla. Alain loves movies, and has been known to use certain movies and story telling techniques (Master and Commander, Saving Private Ryan, and Apollo 13 have worked miracles for stuck clients) in his transformation work. He’s also a fan of dark chocolate, news/politics and practices Iyengar yoga. You may see him occasionally on Denver’s soccer fields as he is also known to occasionally moonlight as a youth soccer referee.
Vice President, Northeast Region
Nancy heads enVision’s northeast region and has extensive business consulting experience. Nancy loves growing the business and has enjoyed leveraging her knowledge of the region and its people to create a thriving presence in the New York metropolitan region.
She hails from the metropolitan New York area and has demonstrated the ability to establish credibility and long-term “trusted advisor” relationships with C-level executives. As Vice President of the northeast region of enVision Business Consulting, Nancy has a proven track record for establishing new business relationships with a customer focused approach to identifying growth opportunities and collaboratively defining targeted solutions.
New York, Paris, Barcelona and Jerusalem are her favorite cities. So, now we know who can help open some exciting overseas offices!
