Rob has more than 20 years of experience in building profitable companies from the ground up and maximizing value for clients across a variety of industries.

Rob’s industry experience includes: manufacturing, utilities, software, telecommunications and media, consumer-packaged goods, not-for-profit, and Government. Rob has a Bachelors degree in Mathematics, a Masters degree in Information Systems Management, and an MBA from Yale. His career spans the US and Europe, and includes multiple associate professor appointments teaching business strategy and business planning.

Rob lives in Denver with his wife Karen, their two children, and a Golden Retriever named Biscuit.

Kurtiss Wolf

Kurt has nearly 20 years of experience bringing his client focus, unique background, and remarkable talent for collaboration to large and medium size organizations. Kurt specializes in designing and implementing best-of-class strategy, performance management, change management, and organization development solutions, improving organizational performance at all levels – from C-level executives to in-the-field sales professionals.

His industry experience includes: building products, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, oil and gas, health care, government, and financial services. Kurt’s functional expertise spans the enterprise with deep skills in HR, Supply Chain, IT, and Demand Creation.

Kurt lives in Denver with his wife Renee, their two children, and a “Colorado Mountain Dog” named Ernie. Kurt and his family love what the city and the mountains west of town have to offer.

Mark Spoor
Vice President, enVision Talent Solutions

Mark is the head of enVision’s newest service offering, enVision Talent Solutions. Mark is one of the leading talent acquisition professionals in the industry, with over 25 years of experience in both corporate recruiting and executive search. Mark has led numerous recruitment efforts for a wide variety of companies across many industries and functional areas.

Mark is a recruiting partner to local and national corporate clients in the identification of exceptional business and technology leaders who bring a combination of superb leadership, functional depth, industry expertise and consulting acumen to their roles.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a BA in Economics. It takes Mark almost two months to go through a full tank of gas. Not only does Mark own a hybrid car, in addition he makes it a point to use public transportation and is a frequent user of eGo Car Share.

Scott MacDonald
Vice President of Client Relationship Management

Scott establishes and maintains client connections, develops strategy, works to expand business opportunities and fine-tunes quality delivery and client satisfaction. Prior to his role at enVision, Scott has held management and/or business development roles in various organizations. Scott holds an Executive MBA from Colorado State University and is really easy to find in a crowd due to his nearly 7 foot tall stature. He has 25 years of business acumen, strategic thinking, energy and consulting industry experience.
